How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, a tracking ID will be emailed to your registered address within 2–5 business days (after production). You can use this ID to track your shipment at any time.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry about that! Please email us at orders@buggyteez.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, a clear unboxing video, and photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't been attempted for delivery within 15 days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at orders@buggyteez.com. We'll arrange a reprint & reship or issue a full refund.
Will the print fade after washing?
We use premium DTF(Direct-to-Film) printing with certified inks for long-lasting prints. To keep your tee looking great, wash in cold water, tumble dry in shade, and avoid ironing directly on the print.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All payments on BuggyTeez are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
